Apps
Mission Control
Mission Control is Matternet's proprietary flight operations software that allows a single pilot to command and control up to 50 aircraft simultaneously. Mission Control has been approved for commercial operations by the FAA in the US and FOCA in Europe.
Built around a risk theory model, Mission Control facilitates the autonomous flight of aircraft along planned routes while transmitting telemetry data to alert pilots of potential airspace conflicts or other issues that may require their attention or intervention.
Ground Operations
Ground operators are able to manage incoming and outgoing deliveries using our Ground Operations application. Similar to how Mission Control enables a pilot to focus on aircraft in flight, Ground Operations enables ground personnel to focus on preparing aircraft for deliveries with a focused toolset that is optimized for quickly preparing deliveries for takeoff. With our logistics platform, ground operators can prepare deliveries without the need for route planning. Simply scan the delivery and our system will take care of the rest.
Simulation And Training
Matternet has a sophisticated simulation system which enables pilots and ground crew to train for real operations without the need for real aircraft or other ground equipment. Simulations can be setup in areas with congested airspaces to prepare pilots for conflicts with other aircraft. Our simulation system also enables our engineers to test changes to our onboard and offboard systems at a much faster pace than otherwise possible.
Aircraft Control
Aircraft Control enables a pilot or operator to plan, control, and monitor a single aircraft flight using a portable device, tablet, or small laptop. Users can manage assigned aircraft, load and oversee flight routes, and conduct multiple diagnostic tests within the app to ensure safety before take-off and during flight.
Management App Suite
Our application suite enables flight operation managers to enforce aircraft configuration, assign roles to users, and manage their flight organization. Our system utilizes the principles of least privilege to ensure operations are conducted in a safe manner.
Onboard Software
Our onboard software integrates seamlessly into the rest of our software ecosystem in order to facilitate deliveries in an efficient and safe manner. It translates planned routes into missions, monitors and reports the health of the aircraft, and executes commands from pilots should intervention be necessary throughout an otherwise autonomous flight.
